Loaded Lentil Stew Matrix
A masterclass in bulk legume hydration. By slowly simmering brown or green lentils with aromatic storage vegetables and a dash of acid, we generate an exceptionally filling, fiber-dense macro profile that requires only a single pot to deploy.

2. Optimization Steps
01 / Maillard Base Expansion: Dice your onions, carrots, and celery uniformly. Sweat them in your pot with oil and sea salt for 8 minutes. Add the tomato paste and spices, frying them directly on the bottom of the pot until the paste turns a deep brick-red to build a robust flavor depth.
02 / Hydration & Simmer: Rinse your dry lentils and drop them into the pot along with your diced potato and vegetable bouillon water. Bring up to a boiling threshold, then drop down to a low simmer for 35 minutes until the lentils are completely tender and have swollen significantly.
03 / Starch Crush Thickening: Use the back of a large wooden spoon to violently mash a fraction of the soft potatoes and lentils against the interior walls of your pot. This releases natural starches directly into the liquid matrix, instantly converting a thin broth into a rich, velvety stew texture.
